Question of the day - or should I say hour

I work at a public library and we get all types of folks and all types of questions. It seems like most people think we should do it all and have it all FOR FREE!.  This is a non-profit. Most people that work here are part time and make very little money and we don't get anything for free.  Soooooooooooooooooo....

Today, a patron asked if we had divorce packets all ready printed up for the public.
Ummmmmm no, because why would we? We are in the book business, not the divorce business. Plus we are not a court system or a law office. AND REALLY, why would we have that?
